Room 2: This room has a queen bed and a beautiful view of the lake/pool.
Room 3: This room is on the second floor has a queen size bed and shares the common bathroom. It has a window overlooking the front yard.
Room 4: This room is on the second floor and features a queen-sized bed with large windows to let all the sunlight in.
Room 5: This room is themed for the princess in the family. It features a queen-sized bed and is overlooking the lake.

-We have cameras outside of the home for your safety and ours.
-PLEASE refrain from playing loud music by the pool area, which causes a loud echo by the pond area that disturbs the neighbors. This is a residential area, so respect the neighbors as they would respect you. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
-NO PARTIES allowed inside and outside of the home. If the guests are found to have a party without the hosts permission, this will result in extra cleaning fee of $250 and guests will be asked to vacate the property.
-NO illegal activities. If guests engage in use of illegal drugs the authorities will be called and guests will be asked to vacate the property.
-Maximum of 10 guests in the home and every guest should be registered. You are required to ensure that every guest meets all requirements set by the Host and is made aware of and agrees to the rules of the home. And please NO unregistered guests allowed.
-NO smoking inside the home. There are cigarette monitors installed inside the home to detect smoke. If there is any type of detection of cigarette smoking inside the home, there will be a $100 penalty.
-Parking is provided in the driveway and inside garage, please try to refrain from parking in the street.
-The BBQ grill is to be used by the guests who stay at the home. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $50 may be required.
-No running or diving in or around the pool. Children should be supervised at all times by an adult for safety. Airbnb and the host are not responsible for any injuries that occur.
-Stays that are 7 nights or more may wash their linens/towels at their discretion or contact the host to make arrangements about the linens/towels.
-Any trash should be thrown away into the designated trash cans around the home. And please dispose any large trash into the trash cans that are outside the home. If any large trash left inside the home that will lead to a mess, it will be a cleaning fee of $50
-The only working TV's in the home are outside, in the living room and in the master bedroom.
-Local guests must contact the host before booking.
-If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message or call the host at any time.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
+The security deposit will not be charged but just hold and it will be released 14 days after your checkout if there is no damage claim during your stay.
