Greeted by inviting wrap around porches & and cozy, light-filled gathering spaces, this home is perfect for gatherings with your loved ones. The family chef will appreciate the gourmet kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with bar seating and ample dining al fresco in the breezy backyard. Wine lovers will be impressed by the added bonus of a wine cellar. This property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located next to the front door of the home.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious and elegant retreat allows for comfortable accommodationsfor all. Indulge in a chic primary suite complete with a king size bed, butlers area with a beverage fridge, balcony overlooking the gorgeous backyard oasis, tv and an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and walk in shower. There are two other bedrooms nearby - one with a king with a tv and en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower and the other with 2 twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. A detached cottage with a full bed, tv and half bathroom accessed from the outside lies poolside for visiting guests and an office is available for those working remotely. A convenient powder room lies off the living area downstairs.

This private, picturesque backyard sets the tone for your much-needed tranquil seclusion. A large heated pool with a water feature, an outdoor wet bararea with an ice maker and two TV's for Sunday game day make you feel like there's truly no place like your island home.
