Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short walk down the hill to the bay. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Host was a good communicator. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay and they were tended to. The place could use some tlc and upgrades. Screen door to patio was difficult to close.
