As we expect you want to relax, we thank you to be silent between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. The Neighborhood: This apartment is situated in a very calm area and despite the relaxing atmosphere inside the apartment you are very close to the modern city centre and the old historical town. It's located in the modern area of Boavista. At a walking distance you can reach the famous Casa da Música (by Rem Koolhaas) and a nice shopping area or take the metro downtown. From here you can easily reach: * supermarket at 5 min. walking distance * metro station (Francos) at 200 meters/2min. walking distance * sea/beach at 5 km away from here (ideal for swimming, lying on the sun, esplanades, surfing, walking;) * big shopping center (with famous and good brands) at 10 min. distance If you come by car, you easily reach the apartment as we are close to the main highway's accesses (A1, A28, A29, A4, A3, etc). Getting around: You can park your car outside, but to be safer we recommend you to use our parking space. There is no extra cost for this, as this is included in the price per night. Transfer to or from the airport (one way) is also possible on request for 25€ (at any time). Special offer: transfer to AND from the airport: 40€.
