Positive: I loved the vintage feel of the house, and the location was great. I loved checking out the deer in the backyard and the quietness of the neighborhood. The owners/renters' communication was wonderful, and they seemed very friendly.
Negative: The exterior needs better lighting. The hot tub has no path, and there's no lights out there, so it was too dark to even go out to use. The house could use better cleaning, it was clean but there were bugs all over and there were someone's dirty socks between the one bed and the wall (in the double bed room), and candy bar and game piece in the living room rug and someone's fake nail in the primary room rug. The house also smelled really stagnant, so I assume it had been closed up for a while. It's not a big deal, though. We grabbed some air freshener at the Stripes store and weren't bothered by it. Only thing that was bothersome is there is a small house/cottage on the property; I'm not sure if it is part of the property or not, but I was uncomfortable having my girls playing outback since there was a car there and lights on.
