Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, approx. 150 meters from the tram towards the city center (approx. 10 minutes). Cafe, restaurants, shops and swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.

In the vicinity there are also 2 supermarkets, restaurants and a public swimming pool. The University of Teacher Education is 5 minutes away on foot.
