The Space:
Our apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! Please note one of the walls has a long window to allow for natural light to enter the bedroom.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is only one parking permit for the building's lot included with your stay. The permit must be displayed at all times to avoid towing and we are unable to provide parking for any additional vehicles.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log-in and enjoy!
Please note: effective July 15, 2023, our guests no longer have access to the pool, gym, or outdoor grills at this property.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Brewerytown got its name from the more than 20 breweries that operated in the neighborhood at the peak of its sudsy heyday. Our suite is located in the heart of Brewerytown. From block parties to pop-up shops to museums, thereโs always something to do around town. Is shopping your thing? Shoppers will appreciate the close proximity to Strawberry Square, The Shops at Avenue North, and Hope Plaza. There are also no shortages of outdoor activities! Recreational activities in the area include the Philadelphia Zoo, Wagner Free Institute of Science, and the Please Touch Museum. Looking for a place to refuel, and grab a bite? Stop in at one of the local favorites like Crime + Punishment Brewing Company, Spot Gourmet Burgers, 2637brew, and NINE just to name a few. Whether you shop till you drop, walking the city to see the sights, there will never be a shortage of places to go or things to eat during your stay in Philadelphia.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around Philadelphia is by foot or PHLASH bus. Philly has ranked as one of the top most walkable cities in the country. Other options include the SEPTA trolley and train to make your way through the city. The One Day Convenience Pass is available for purchase on the reloadable, contactless chip SEPTA Key Card and as a paper Card. Valid for eight rides on any bus, trolley, or subway route in one calendar day by one person for $9.00. Although some attractions like the Philadelphia Zoo will require some other mode of transport, most sightseeing is centered in the Old City, Rittenhouse Square and Society Hill areas, all of which are very pedestrian-friendly. Philadelphia is home to Indego, an easy-to-use bike share program that maintains hundreds of self-serve stations across the city. Cyclists can walk up to any Indego station and check out bikes for quick trips around the city 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Already got wheels? Driving by makes it easy to travel from spot to spot. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city. There will be no trouble making your way through Philadelphia during your stay.
