Experience an unforgettable stay in the luxurious urbanization Dominion Beach oceanfront. The Mediterranean and sprawling complex is very well maintained and provides a perfect setting for relaxing holidays. A breathtaking view of Gibraltar and to the Moroccan coast creates holiday mood. The proximity to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona with its diverse offerings provides variety.
Equipment:
The sprawling complex invites to let your soul. The main pool area is located directly on the beach and offers stunning views of the sea. The pool chairs are free to use. The directly adjacent pool bar offers snacks throughout the year and good food. In addition to the pool bar is the usable for the guests gym of the plant. Another pool is located in the garden and is heated from April to October. The facility is video monitored and has a 24-hour security.
Penthouse:
3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms one en-suite. Two bedrooms have double beds and direct access to the spacious and furnished terrace to relax - with sea view - that a third party has two single beds. The large living / dining room is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is new (incl. Dishwasher and washing machine) and fully furnished. The rooftop terrace for exclusive use is reached by a staircase. The terraces are equipped with chairs, tables, chairs and a with a sitting area. Additional features: air conditioning, free Wifi, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, gas grill, ....

The idyllic area is traffic-technically well served. Estepona can be reached by car in 5 minutes and Marbella in about 20 minutes. To the Purobeach Club Marbella only a few minutes walk on the pristine beach and the Kempinski Hotel Bahia comes directly afterwards. The Chiringuito Torre Valerin is on the other side, also in short walking distance.
Shopping for daily needs are also within walking distance. So the next Aldi is about 3 minutes and the nearest Lidl less than 10 minutes by car. From a German perspective, all have an unusual large selection of fish and local food, although there are many German products can be found. A Carrefour is located at the entrance to Estepona. In the "Corte de Ingles" in Puerto Banus, there is not only a large selection of all the variety of fresh food is exceptional.
Although on vacation, no one wants to get sick, it is good to know that the nearest hospital (Hospiten Estepona) is only about 1 km. It is spoken English and some even German. The nearest pharmacy is located at the entrance road to Estepona (on the way to Carrefour).

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in August 2017. We are a family of five, with 3 teenage daughters. The property itself is stunning and immaculate. The owner could not have been more helpful or obliging - He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was a substantial welcome pack in place on arrival which was terrific, as it saved us having to go shopping on our first day after our journey to Spain. The penthouse suite is very well equipped and luxurious. The pictures do it no justice - It was far more beautiful than the pictures led us to believe. The main balcony off the living room and bedrooms was a terrific size and gave us privacy for dining and sunbathing - Wonderfully positioned catching the sun all day. The property overlooked to the front one of the main pools in the complex which meant we could see our children from our window if we were not at the pool ourselves. There was a bar and restaurant in the complex which served a good variety of food all day. We also ate at Laguna Beach complex which is only a short taxi ride away and there are a number of restaurants to choose from there. Overall, a wonderful holiday in a fabulous property enjoyed by all of our family. Many thanks. Susan Kirwan
