Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We had booked two rooms. First we were given cottages. They were horrible. Later we shifted to Tents which were comfortable. There was problem with hot water and electricity which was available for limited time. The staff were very nice. food was made as per choice ans we really enjoyed the food. Though the camp was very near to the National Park, the approach road to the camp is very bad. The communication with the property was upto the satisfaction from the beginning. They have answered all my queries upto our satisfaction. The camp supplied vehicle to pick us up from Nairobi Airport. The driver and the vehicle were really good. On the final day , we were given a vehicle doe drop off at Isebania border which was atrocious. The vehicle was small and bad and the driver was not good enough. There was problem in communicating with him. On the whole we enjoyed the stay and visit to the National Park.
