On site: Many possibilities for hiking from the gîte (on foot, by bike or on snowshoes), observation of the fauna and flora with the possibility of botanical outings, and rest!!! Nearby: St-Romain-Lachalm (farmers market every Friday from June to September), Ste-Sigolène 6 km away (factory museum, all shops and services), Monistrol sur Loire 10 km away (Ozen aquatic centre) , Dunières at 10 km (greenway, cycle rail, tourist train), the lake and tree climbing at La Seauve sur Semène (6 km). A little further: Discover Pilat, the city of St Etienne and its many museums, the city of Puy en Velay and its many monuments classified as World Heritage by UNESCO... And recently you will be able to cross the longest Himalayan footbridge in France at 63m above the Gorges du Lignon. This gite has a 40 m² terrace, 400 m² unenclosed grounds and private parking. On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and lounge area in front of the closed fireplace, laundry room, toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed each), shower room, separate wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), shower room with wc. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath. All-inclusive prices including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied up, the bins and the dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity with a reasoned and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - the excess will be paid on site to the owners. A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival at the gîte. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
