Complete with golf course views and access to the shared pool, this home also features a wonderful locale close to downtown New Braunfels, Lake McQueeney, Schlitterbahn, and the Gruene Historic District. This sunlit condo presents an open living floor with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows as well as a private balcony. Unwind for movie nights in the welcoming living space or play card games at the dining table. The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite appliances and granite countertops. Three well-furnished bedrooms provide all the comforts of home. This family and snowbird-friendly condo also has free WiFi, Streaming TV's in Living room and all bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Summary: Overall, we were pretty happy with the property. However, 6 of the 8 nights and many days another vehicle was parked in our parking spot. Not a huge deal, but annoying. I would also strongly advise that a shower curtain be hung in the bathroom on the main floor. Water sprays out of the shower making the paint bubble on the walls nearby and creating mold on the tile nearby. Also, the main shower water never got truly hot. Outdoor solar lights going up the stairs never went on.
