Welcome to Casa Bella Vista located steps to the Center of Antigua. This is a high quality vacation rental and our goal is to exceed all your expectations. We are in the Caรฑadas de Belรฉn which is double guard gated neighborhood and one of the best in Antigua. Sleeps 1 to 12 people comfortably. The upstairs covered balcony is a show stopper with unobstructed views of three volcanos. One is active all the time and erupts every 5 to 30 minutes. But don't worry, the volcanos are ten miles away and pose no issues. Imagine sipping coffee and watching an active volcano! This party terrace with BBQ, dining and living area, kitchenette and hammock area is just spectacular. You might just enjoy all your time up here it is so enjoyable.
Incredible High Speed Internet too, with multiple Smart TV's, and multiple Alexa devices for music.
The property was just professionally and artfully renovated in the Spanish Colonial style by a renowned local architect. Our reviews have all been top notch and we are proud to maintain the house condition to the highest standards. This is a four bedroom home with two bedrooms featuring en suite bathes. Again, for one to twelve guests, you will feel right at home.
On the 1st level you enter the foyer with unique touches of Antigua. From the entry you flow along into the living room, dining room, fully outfitted kitchen. The open Interior courtyard features incredible Spanish Colonial fountain with a huge mural .
In addition, the first floor features the bedroom "Las Tinajas/The Water Vessels" with 2 queen beds and en suite full bathroom.
On the second level is another cozy family room with a spectacular wall art piece of candles where you can watch TV. There is also a desk to work if you must open your laptop and do work. Better yet, sit here and post all your great vacation videos!
The primary bedroom "Pacaya" has an elevated King bed and addiitional roll out bed. This room features a private en suite bathroom.
Then there are the secondary bedrooms: the "Las Guitarras" room with 1 king bed, and also, the "Vista Los Volcanes" room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom.
All rooms are fully equipped (sheets, pillows and duvet) and have TV, high speed internet, closet and all the necessary amenities.
From the arcade of the second level you can appreciate the interior fountain and all the home's beautiful Spanish Colonial details.
On the 3rd. level, as mentioned prior, is the favorite space of our guests, the covered terrace with panoramic views of the 3 volcanoes, Agua, Fuego and Acatenango.
Up here there is a dining room, living room, bar and barbecue so you can indulge in the tranquility and beauty of Antigua Guatemala.
