Situated up behind Nelson's landmark Cathedral with Fairfield House as its neighbour, there is also access to the Grampians - a 161 hectare reserve of big hills and regenerating native forest, frequented by walkers and mountain bikers alike. There are 3 bedrooms + 4th bedroom/study, and 2 bathrooms separate study includes a double sofa bed (please advise us if this extra bed will be needed for your stay). Master ensuite bathroom with shower and separate bath and toilet, Family bathroom with shower and separate bath, Also a separate toilet. There are 4 security cameras outside the property. The hub of the house is the gorgeous large farm-style kitchen and dining area with access to outdoor decks, beautiful wide opening timber joinery that wonderfully expands the living space. The property is enhanced by a rear garden with a flat, grassed area including a treehouse for the children, and a raised deck overlooking the treetops surrounding the property.
