Superb 45m2 apartment, 2 rooms for 4 people, located a stone's throw from the port, in the heart of the city, near the station, the Mayol stadium and opposite the pier for Porquerolles, completely renovated and equipped. SPACES The entire accommodation is at the disposal of travellers. All spaces are private. - A main living room/kitchen/dining room with television, table for 4 people, convertible sofa bed for 2 people 140 - One bedroom with a double bed 160 and cupboard - A bathroom with sink and bathtub - An independent WC The apartment is very pleasant, very quiet and crossing. Overlooking Place Gustave Lambert to the East and Place Raimu to the West, you will appreciate its exposure, its luminosity and its Provençal charm: the fountains whose lapping can be heard, a typical old building with floor tiles and cement tiles, in a dynamic district in full restoration. THE LOCATION // The building // This apartment is located on the 1st floor without lift of a 4-storey 1900 building, facing the Place Lambert fountain. // The neighborhood // Near the Port of Toulon, between the pier and the station, the location is central, the district very pleasant and very practical. Very lively on the evenings of the RCT rugby match around the stadium, which is just a stone's throw away. You're in the middle of the city. The beaches of Le Mourillon are located 10 minutes by bus. The Mayol Shopping Centre is right next door.
