Surrounded by Kiawah's beautiful landscape, the indoors and out are brought together through multiple French doors off the dining and living areas. From cooking in the gourmet kitchen, to playing games on the dining table, and even watching the big game in the living room, this home is perfect for relaxing, social gatherings!
The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, and the beautiful artwork above the couch is a focal point of the room. It is a wonderful, spacious room to relax and unwind after a long day on the golf course or beach. Just off the living room is a small dining area, with a breakfast table that seats 4, and a wet bar for added convenience. The gourmet kitchen has an ideal layout and features upgraded countertops, cabinetry, and new appliances. There is a large central island to help make cooking and preparation a breeze, which has 4 added barstools for guests. The formal dining area, just off the kitchen, has grand windows and seating for 6 guests. For ease, there is also a half bath on the main floor.
The main level master suite offers a king bed, TV, access to the outdoor deck, and an ensuite bathroom. This amazing spa-type bathroom features his and her sinks, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Located upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms: one with a king and one with two twins. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and TV. There is also an open-air deck on this floor.
