Enjoy glamping in luxury in this beautiful, newly renovated trailer! You're 5 minutes from Sandhollow & Quail Creek Reservoirs, 30 minutes from Zion National Park, 10 minutes from St George and awesome hiking and biking trails all around you! This listing is new with this host but has been on for several years with great reviews. Connected to city water/sewer also newly added A/C which is vital to the summer stay. You will be in comfort. The space
Close to reservoirs, parks and trails. If you're traveling with kids there is a great park down the street with a playground, duckpond, and tons of grass to play frisbee on! The lot our camper sits on has a deck, a firepit and is fenced for privacy.
*There is only room for 2 vehicles to park on the lot*
The RV has recently been renovated! Brand new flooring and paint, new hardware and lighting throughout and new furniture. New AC unit that other RV's won's have. You will appreciate this in the hot summer months! We hope it makes your stay much more enjoyable!
The camper features a full size bathroom with a large shower and full vanity with sink. The main bedroom ( which has a queen bed) and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the space. The couches fold down to full size beds.
The lot has a nice little grassy area in back (fake grass but it's still nice!) There is a full size BBQ grill that can be used.
Guest access
You will have access to the clubhouse to use the pool, hot tub and laundry. There are also extra bathrooms and showers for guest use in the park.

PLS NOTE: ANIMALS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED. I am highly allergic and can no longer have them in the trailer (it's life and death for me sorry)
