Alpine Greens is about a 7 minute walk from the Blackcomb chairlifts and sits directly on the free shuttle route to Whistler Village. Walking to Whistler Village would take about 12-15 minutes and the complex is also well situated for easy access to the Valley Trail network and Lost Lake Park and trails, home to Nordic skiing in Whistler.

The entire property was professionally renovated in 2023 making it one of the nicest rental properties along the Chateau Golf Course. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double/single bunk and there is a sofa sleeper in the living area. This Alpine Greens condo has a mudroom upon entry perfect for securely storing your skis and other gear. The kitchen and living and dining areas have a spacious, open plan layout with a ground floor patio surrounded by grass and trees, complete with a BBQ for guest use. The deluxe kitchen features stainless appliances and is well equipped with most of the conveniences of home. Both bathrooms were completely redone, one with a large soaker tub and the ensuite with large rain shower. Other popular amenities include a flat screen TV, CD Stereo, gas fireplace and a private washer dryer.
