Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I loved that the Grupotel Club Cala Marsal was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the beach strip bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely, especially, Boli, Joanna and Alex the Chef. They made my stay extra special. Having to areas for the family and adult pool was an added bonus. I came on vacation to have quiet time so, it was lovely to have the adult pool for adults only. The renovation for the pool side bar was completed just in time before I left and I give that bar area 10 out of 10. The balcony was clean and spacious!!! 🤩Very much needed! I will be back.

Negative: I didn't like that on occasion the food lacked flavour. And sometimes it seemed as though the dishes were being repeated. I like a variety and so this could be improves upon. Also, due to the renovations my day time naps on two occasions were interrupted. This was not so pleasant because I am a light sleeper. The bathroom didn't have any shelves to place my shower gel which was slightly annoying, aside from this my room was spectacular. There was a man who looked quite senior in age. He lacked customer service and care and spoke to me in a very harsh tone which I did not appreciate at all.
