There are three bedrooms, one of them featuring a double bed, another one a queen bed and the last one comes with two single beds. On the three cases, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided for your comfort.
The living area will be the perfect spot to chill out after a busy day! Two comfy sofas are available, where one can watch some TV or just have a chat, and the dining area is nearby, featuring a nice table and chairs for everyone.
It'll be so pleasant to prepare your family meal at the enjoyable and fully equipped kitchen! It comes with all essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need and also cooking plate, freezer and fridge, microwave and oven, toaster and coffee maker! Both dishwasher and washing machine are available, to make your life easier, as well!
Last, but not least, the bathroom is equipped with everything you may need, from a delightful shower cabinet, to a large mirror, toilet and double sink, but also fresh towels and free toiletries will be supplied, for your convenience.
For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

The apartment is located in a nice and calm residential area, with fantastic road access and public transports available. You'll find lots of diversity for local shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby and also Luz Hospital and Colombo Shopping Center are quite close.
Lisbon Airport is quite easily reachable, within a short 15-minute car ride.
The metro station Laranjeiras is 600m far from the apartment and allows you to comfortably use the several lines to reach almost everywhere in Lisbon.
Also several bus lines/stops are available within the same distance.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
The parking costs 3€ per day.
Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
