Beautiful leather couch & 2 lounge chairs in the living room, large dining table, fully-equipped kitchen with full-size washer & dryer. Patio furniture on the screened lanai. King bed in the master, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. The Pelican Landing complex has a lot to offer - lots of friendly people, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, club house, and boat docks. (Rental rate does not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)

Summary: Nice, well equipped older condo. Loved having the ability to use the screened lanai, but close it off to the rest of the condo. So many have been converted to eliminate this slider. Had ants in the kitchen, but used spray in the unit every few days to keep them under control. Overall, enjoyed our stay, except for the ants.
