Positive: The accommodation is located in the center of the universe. The train station is less than 300m away on foot and we could actually see the train station from our room. Likewise, the central bus station is 500m away. Since Malaga was our hub for bus day trips to nearby Marbella and Mijas, this made our lives so much easier. There is an abundance of restaurants in the area and the Maria Zambrano train station is actually a self sufficient shopping mall in disguise with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all built in. The accommodation is also about 1.2km away from the old town and we were able to walk everywhere. Although it was a shared bathroom at the accommodation, it was kept very clean. The room was basic but sufficient.
Negative: Nothing really. The kitchen had all the appliances but we didn’t have time to use them. It does make the kitchen seem congested.
