Full restore colonial house in perfect conditions and very well maintain only a few steps from Paseo Montejo , (main historic Avenue in Merida) The house was built with hacienda type architecture and decor with all wood furniture. House has all modern facilities that you would not see the difference. Merida surroundings and Centro are beautiful and quiet, it seems that time just stops. This house just got the best location with Paseo Montejo at your sight, at 4 blocks of main Hotels área and a few minutes walking to Main Plaza , close by the brand new , just open Merida International Convention Center . Very private with a nice small pool, in a very quiet area, close to supermarkets ( Walmart) and best restaurants, perfect for couples or families, adventurers, or even a small convention group. It offers two beautiful bedrooms, a full kitchen, three great bathrooms, a comfortable living room and big family table in the dining room. You will enjoy an hacienda oasis in the backyard, with a nice pool with three fountains, a pergola shadow and two relaxing hammocks that can be installed over the pool. While you sip your preferred drink watch the sky and the stars over the royal palm and trees . Feel the warm wind on your face while you listen to the birds and sounds that you would only hear in Mérida. We will make sure that you have the best experience at our house - ¨Mi Casa es su Casa¨…. Its excellent location gives you the advantage to walk to almost every place in Merida Centro and find tons of tradition at the turn of a corner.
