Positive: I rented the Apartment for my daughter and grand children. The apartment was small but clean and was near the home of the daughter we were visiting. The neighbor below was nice.
Negative: My grandson felt intimidated by a few of the folks living around the apartment. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding because he did not understand their language. My daughter has a knee injury so had trouble going up the stairs to the apartment. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so it would have been nice to have a second change of sheets in case of an accident.
Summary: Small apartment that is clean but I thought I paid too much rent for the area and the smallness .
