The modern and tastefully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the house 7 in the new harbor village Plau am See. The light-flooded panoramic apartment is located in the first row and enjoys a fantastic view of the new harbor, lookout tower and Lake Plauer. The two spacious terraces (south and southeast) invite you to relax. The special feature of this apartment is the large green area and its own parking lot directly at the house. A folding bike is available to our guests. A canoe can be rented for a fee. The approximately 62 square meter apartment is divided as follows: living-dining area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Living-dining area: Corner sofa (sofa bed), coffee table, sideboard with 40-inch TV, dining table for four. Kitchenette: oven (convection), 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse. Bedroom: double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables with reading lights, clock radio, built-in wardrobe, clothes boy. Bathroom: window, floor-level shower, toilet, large vanity, shelf, mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer.
