This custom designed king memory foam mattress suite room is perfectly located in between Logan Square and Center City. It is in walking distance to museums, nightlife, parks, and all center city attractions. This unit has a west facing view with a partial view of the city and sunsets.
This one bedroom suite room has high speed internet, internet TV (netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN+, Hulu, Disney+), desk, convertible sofa, King memory foam bed, walk-in closet, and eat-in kitchen.
Enjoy the complimentary coffee, tea and water supplied to all our guests or the business lounge, game room, courtyard, fitness center and yoga studio. Our guests can also enjoy the Starbucks coffee in the lounge. The building also maintains 24 hour security at the front desk.
As your host, we offer a 24 hour service to answer any and all questions that guests may have during their stay!
This unit is easily accessible for out of town guests. 10 minute walk to Center City, 10 Minute walk to Logan Square, 4 minute walk to the Spring Garden Subway station. Steps away from Community College of Philadelphia.

- Any guest who violates any portion of these house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Violations will serve as grounds for immediate removal from property.
- There is NO smoking of any kind or Pets allowed in the apartment. Smoking of any kind leaves the home in a condition that is unsuitable for the next guest and violates building rules as well therefore, is STRICTLY prohibited.
- All guests MUST provide their FULL Names AND the Full Names of all other guests. If this information is not provided at least 24 hours before the booking, the booking can be cancelled with NO refund.
- All guests must have a VALID and WORKING phone number. If we try to contact you prior to your reservation, and no WORKING phone number is provided, reservation will be terminated without refund.
- NO parties within the home or on the premises. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this Airbnb house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the Maximum occupancy of the listing, a $25 per guest fine will be charged for each guest beyond the Maximum listed occupancy for the property.
- This listing has a MAXIMUM occupancy of up to 3 (three) guests at all times. Any number of guests above this will be vacated for trespassing.
-If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property including but not limited to cleanliness, amenities, etc, upon addressing this to complaint to AirBnB or to us, you are authorizing us to enter the property to fix the issue, repair the apartment, or clean the apartment up to the standards that you require. We DO NOT need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable that needs remedy.
- Guests understand damaged or missing items will be billed to the guest for the replacement value of items. These issues will be reported to AirBnB.
-LOCALS must contact before booking.
- Any furniture in the unit is NOT to be re-arranged
-If the guest decides NOT to follow any one of our AirBnB house rules, which triggers a refund/discount to the next guest, ALL guests will be responsible for any loss of income by the host.
-At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
-ALL guests agree to be booking in good will and agree that they will not attempt to damage the property or the host, in ANY way, because they are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the house rules occurs. ANY guest that attempts to damage the property or the Host, in ANY way, WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
-This is a SELF-CHECKIN property. ALL guests acknowledge that they have the capability to read the instructions and follow the instructions in the CHECKIN GUIDE. ALL guests also agree to NOT contact the host without reading your HOUSE MANUAL and CHECKIN GUIDE.
-Guests will be charged for:
1) Loss of key fob ($75) Loss of Parking Remote ($75) Loss of Parking Pass ($75)
2) Smoking ($200/day)
3) Pets ($200/day)
4) All cleaning in supplement of basic cleaning ($90)
5) NO guests will be allowed in the apartment that are NOT on the original reservation ($25/guest/day)
6) Unapproved Late Check after 11AM will be $50 until 12PM. After 12PM, the guest will be responsible for paying the non-discounted daily base rate for that night as a penalty. This penalty is NOT payment for additional accommodations and does NOT award you possession for an additional day. If unauthorized late checkout results in delay or cancellation of next guest check in, the guest will be responsible for full compensation of the next guest's reservation.
7) Tampering with, in any way, of our noise monitoring device in the unit are grounds for immediate removal without refund.
8) Noise levels must be kept at a level respectful of other residents in the building. At high noise levels, guests will be warned once to adjust noise levels accordingly. If another noise level violation occurs, reservation will be terminated without refund. If high noise levels are detected during QUIET HOURS, a noise complaint could be filed by another resident which will result in immediate termination without refund.
9) After the second warning for breaking house rules, there will be security called to the apartment. If security is called to the apartment, there will be a $65 fee charged to the guest.
