Positive: Right in the old town. The place and the room had a certain character. Breakfast was adequate . Staff were friendly and authentic - this is not a chain! Room was decent. I slept reasonably. It's relatively cheap for Dubrovnik old town and, as always, you get what you pay for..
Negative: You get the door code in advance and, when you get in, the room key is on the bar counter. Wish I'd known this beforehand! There is air con but it's not very effective. To be fair tho, combined with the fan, it was just about ok. The room lacked features like a safe and kettle but the shower was really good. Would I recommend? Yes, as long as you are ok with things being a bit "rough and ready".
