Designed from the ground up to take advantage of the ocean setting, this home puts you at the edge of the water with breath taking views for literally miles out to the Gulf of Mexico. A gentle breeze awaits you on the spacious screened porch that wraps the entire front of the house. Down below features a large gathering area. Two large family rooms allow for total living space flexibility with flat screen tvs in every bedroom. The unique architecture of the home provides massive windows throughout, offering amazing views of the entire beach area. With no neighbors to the left of right, you will feel like you have stepped into your private paradise. This home is truly one of a kind.
'Happy Ours' is located in SummerCamp beach. This resort community provides a unique beach experience that is both rustic and natural at the same time. At certain times during the year there may be seaweed that washes ashore and may decrease the amount of beach that is exposed.
