Comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom house centrally located and well equipped. Relax in the large living room, or roast s'mores on the back patio fire pit. Enjoy meals using the farm house dining room table or spend a few hours on the dedicated work desk. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and the university. Super fast wifi, two bathrooms, two king beds, two queen beds, pull out couch and washer + dryer. Roku TV in both living room and master bedroom (Roku is in guest mode, so you can log into your services). Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything in Tyler!
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and lined with massive oak trees.
Three large bedrooms and two full baths (one with a tub). Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need, including blender, slow cooker, rice maker, pots and pans. The inviting backyard is fenced and contains seating and a fire pit to enjoy the cool evenings. The property contains large trees and is gorgeous during all seasons. Living room has two comfortable couches... one of which is a pull out couch.
Let our house be your home away from home. You have access to the full house, and can even use the car port to park your vehicle.
