This cottage has brand new everything! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay in beautiful South Knoxville, this is it! The cottage is super close to everything South Knox has to offer - Baker Creek bike trails, parks, and the famous SoKno Taco. The house is just a few quick turns from James White Parkway making it very easy to get to Downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee!
No smoking in home. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee in addition to any costs associated with replacing items damaged by smoke or smoke smell. Pet rules: Only one dog is allowed per reservation. If you have a pet other than a dog, please reach out to me to discuss before booking. Any dog must be house trained and friendly to other dogs and people. No dogs are allowed on the furniture. If you leave the home without your dog, he/she must be crated while you are out of the home. Summary: Nice cottage but doesn’t have that home comfy feel. There are both pros and cons. The sofa was horrible. No support whatsoever. No blinds or curtains on the front and back doors. Kitchen and bathroom are very nice. But dishes had a film on them. Later discovered that the dishwater rinse dispenser was completely empty. And there were no dishwasher tablets. Or someone failed to thoroughly hand-wash their dishes. Made a Kroger run, and we filled the dispenser and left some tablets on the counter. Paper towels and dishwashing liquid were running low too. It seems owner/host/property manager do not know when certain items run out or run low after we were told otherwise. Full-size refrigerator was very nice, as well as a convenient stackable washer and dryer.
