Positive: Great Location.. nice rooms and lots of facilities.. Its a beautiful relaxing home. Housekeeper gave us some fans, which were needed. Air Conditioning - Although the living room is air conditioned, the bedrooms are not. We left the bed rooms open during day while out to try and keep bedrooms cool. This helped.. But living room was to cold in evening so had to stop cooling as much. This caused bedrooms temps to increase up. In the summer this may be a issue, its not bad, once people go to bed you can turn the ac on max and choose to leave your bedroom door open. Just make sure the fans get left for you to use.
Negative: These are all minors, but feel they need saying. The Hot Tub is very nice, however, the controller is locked and you cannot change the temperature. It was one of the warmer days of summer and it was just to hot to stay in for a long period which i enjoy doing. The agency that lets the home for the owner, must of sent lots of messages all saying slightly varying bits of information. Some with different phone numbers and business names, it was extremely confusing. It left me a bit concerned. Just send 1 message with consistent info on. Some of the responses were not great. I felt they were not reading what i was asking. Best advise, phone the house keeper for information, she is great.
