Ubicado sobre el Cerro Runge, ofrece una espléndida vista Panoramica del lago Nahuel Huapi y las Montañas que lo rodean, está preparado para recibir hasta 4 (cuatro) personas con todas las comodidades.

Este Departamento se extiende sobre una misma planta, desde la puerta Principal a mano izquierda nos encontramos la cama principal un somier matrimonial Queen-size con unificador es decir podemos contar con dos camas individuales si se quisiera en dicho espacio, Junto a esta nos encontramos el Baño completo. Y en Direccion contraria tenemos la sala de estar donde disponemos de un sofá-cama con carro preparado para otras dos personas en camas individuales. En este mismo sector tenemos una mesa preparada para recibir hasta cuatro pasajeros, un sillón y una cocina completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos varios como heladera, horno electrico, hornalla eléctrico, hornalla a gas, pava eléctrica, Microondas, tostadora,etc. El ambiente es muy calido, la calefacción es por radiadores, El Internet es gratuito/ Wi-Fi y la Tv es por Chromecast.
Desde todos los puntos de la propiedad se cuenta con amplios ventanales donde se aprecia la magnifica vista al Lago y las Montañas!
En el exterior contamos con un amplio espacio con reposeras, una mesa y sillas para disfrutar del aire libre junto a los paisajes. Tambien se cuenta con la Pileta (Disponible en Verano/ Consultar), Cochera para 1 (uno) Vehículo, Y Una Parrilla Electrica.
HEMOS ASIGNADO A LA PROPIEDAD COMO NO APTA PARA MENORES DE 10 AÑOS POR LAS CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA MISMA, YA QUE SE CUENTA CON UNA PILETA DE PROFUNDIDAD Y ALTURAS DE RIESGO PARA LOS NIÑOS.
El servicio incluye servicio de limpieza diario (opcional) y entrega de ropa blanca para cama y baño para todos los pasajeros por todos los días de la estadía.
