These are 3 renovated Town Houses (the end unit and the two next to it), the 22 and 20 units are connected, located in the Big Boulder Resort that can sleep up to 29 people. They are just a few minutes walk from the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the houses have access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more.
Together they have 6 bedrooms with 3 lofts, 6 full bathrooms (3 with Jacuzzi tubs), 3 complete modern kitchens, pool table, 2 hot tubs, foosball table, 3 Pac man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, two wood and one gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and all the comforts you could want.
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible if the rental begins or ends on a Friday. Rates depends on when you want to rent and how long.
