These are 2 renovated connected Town Houses (the end unit and the one next to it) located in the Big Boulder Resort that can sleep up to 19 people. They are just a few minutes walk from the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the houses have access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more.
Together they have 6 bedrooms with 2 lofts, 4 full bathrooms (2 with Jacuzzi tubs), 2 complete modern kitchens, pool table, hot tub, foosball table, Pac man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, one wood and one gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and all the comforts you could want. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends.
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.
Please check with owner for Rates as new rate structure on VRBO is confusing and rates may be lower or higher than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long .Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay (usually has to be a Friday on one end).
