Summary: My experience at check in was not as planned. I was already 2 hours late from a plane ride and all I wanted was the key to my room so I could go to a family reunion that I was now running late for. With much patience, myself and another gentleman waited as the only person who could check you in was dealing with a very difficult customer's request for a reservation. It took about 20 minutes before she finally said let me take your number down and call you back.Once I finally got my key I was told I was on a different property called "North Lake resort" just 500 yards up the road. I didnt got to my room until 10pm. I was the only car in the parking lot! It was a row of square attached rooms. Small room, small bathroom and tiny shower with old fashion plumbing.I first tried to turn the TV on, That was a challenge and then tried the wifi. There was no wifi password given to me. With little service I reached out to the office and emergency phone number I did get a response and eventually got on wifi. I heard every creek, car, truck and noise threw out the night. I didn't sleep well at all. I hesiatating spending a second night but I had to up and out early.
