Hightide on Hiker is a brand new luxury home, built in 2022 in the Greenway Park Community just off Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Hightide on Hiker is a 2100sqft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath custom-designed home and features brand new furnishings, vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and modern décor throughout. You'll be welcome by a front porch and 2nd story balcony, both are the perfect spot to chase the sunset across the Florida sky! Inside the home you'll find two king suites, one on each floor. The second floor also has a bunkroom, with two twin-over-twin bunkbeds sleeping 4 total, and an additional guest bedroom with two twin beds. The outside of the home has a storage closet for your beach and pool toys and a propane grill for cooking and entertaining. Hightide on Hiker also conveniently located directly across the street from the community pool at Greenway Park, so you can enjoy a dip before you head to the beach. Between the mornings spent sipping coffee in the salty breeze on the front porch and the evening sunset strolls through the beach towns, a stay at Hightide on Hiker is sure to be a vacation of a lifetime.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
