Being a 10-minute drive from the beach, this guest suite has all the amenities for a peaceful stay.
The property is fully fenced with automatic gate. The guest suite features its own private entry, large main room with a King Size bed, living area, working desk & a small kitchenette. Second bedroom with a Queen Size bed & robe, third bedroom with a king singled, robe, desk and sitting area, Private bathroom.
Enjoy a complimentary breakfast in your room for your first day of your stay including cereal with milk, bread & butter, jam & yogurt and more.
We also provide coffee, tea & sugar.
We supply:
•Clean sheets, towels, blankets & pillows;
•Shampoo and conditioner;
•Iron & ironing board;
•Flat screen TV, fast WIFI, books & magazines, and
•Street parking near the gate and along the property fence.
Check in is anytime after 2 pm. Check-out is by 10 am and allows for cleaning and housekeeping.
This Check-out time may be flexible depending on the arrival of other guests. If you would like to leave your bags at our home past check-out time, we're happy to have you do so until you're ready to pick them up.
Pets
We have a gorgeous, goofy two year-old Ridgeback named Zula. She loves the company of other dogs, (and humans!), though most of the day you will find her lounging around in a nice, cool spot. She is very friendly, and active when she wants to be, and has her own little fenced-in yard in the back of the property.
Please note:
•The guest suite has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle but there are no cooking facilities. However, there is an outdoor BBQ for your use. We also provide wine glasses, mugs, cutlery, plates and a cork screw / bottle opener. •We are happy to recommend inexpensive options for meals in the area.
•The guest suite is on the ground level of our double storey family home. It is completely private with its own separate entry.
Guest interaction
We like to offer our guests plenty of privacy but, as we have lived on the Sunshine coast for 10 years, we are also very happy to give guidance or recommendations & answer any questions concerning local attractions. We lead busy lives and aren't always home so typically available in the evenings. For any urgent matter we are available on call all day.

Our street is beautifully tree lined, quiet & friendly. We are located walking distance to many great shops restaurants, cafés & grocery stores. We are also a 10 minute drive from the beach, walking distance to picturesque Buderim falls and plenty of attractions.
Getting around
There is a bus stop around the corner from our house with bus lines that will get you to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore & Alexandra Headlands.
