Hilltop Tower is an unique one bedroom hideaway located in just minutes to Torrey Pines State Beach. Conveniently located near the Village of Del Mar, Torrey Pines State Park and easy access to the 5 freeway makes this an ideal spot for a quick visit or extended stay. Nestled into the sandstone hillside, the 2 story Tower provides beautiful views of the ocean, trees and great bird watching!
The Tower has an unusual layout with the primary bedroom located separately on the lower level. This space is outfitted with an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette (refrigerator/sink/coffee) and laundry. Upstairs (must use outside staircase) is the living area, full size bathroom, kitchen with cook top, sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster oven. You can enjoy the views from the upstairs living area and the outdoor patio. The Tower is a separate building located on a larger parcel. It is completely separate and there are not shared spaces. You have a dedicated parking space.
