Summary: This property gives you a terrific bang for you buck! It's located just a few blocks from the beach and less than a mile to the shops and restaurants. It works perfectly for two couples or a small family. There are two living spaces plus a screened in porch. The only FYI I would give is the driveway is narrow and the parking tight. We had a small car and managed it really easily, but no one was home next door which helped. Also, the 2nd full bathroom is out in the laundry room, which is really the entrance into the house. A little awkward, but it worked for us really well. I would totally recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, especially for the price!!!
