The flat is situated in a sunny location not far from the village centre of Brissago. Shops, post office, bank, restaurants, the bus stop to Ascona, Locarno and Italy as well as the lake promenade can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The Lido di Brissago swimming pool is a 2-minute walk away, and Brissago can be easily reached by bus from Locarno and by boat during the season.
