The flat occupies the entire top floor of the villa, so you can fully enjoy your privacy as you are the only guests in the house. The spacious flat has a separate entrance and is suitable for 2 - 4 people. The comfortable flat consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious, airy living room with a sea view and a view of the pine forest, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms and the living room lead directly onto the beautiful terrace. The flat also has a small library with a book for every taste in German, English and Croatian.
