The villa extends over 3 floors - basement, ground floor and 1st floor. In the basement there is a multifunctional play room with billiards, table football, table tennis and fitness equipment. From here you can get directly to the pool / garden area.
On the upper floor there are 2 further separate holiday apartments. The smaller one consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen, a large terrace with a panoramic view of the outdoor pool and the green lake. The building has a living space of around 360 m² and is located on a completely fenced plot of over 2500 m². In addition to the residential building, there is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue, a garden pavilion, a heated infinity pool with jacuzzi and various terraces with seating, as well as a small children's playground. A closed parking space is available to guests on the property.
The heated pool is in operation from the beginning of Juneto the end of September, depending on the weather. The pool can be heated for an extra charge (10 € / day).
All 6 terraces of the villa offer a wonderful view of the neighboring valley with its scattered small villages and the Green Lake, where there is also the possibility of fishing.
