The fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday villa was newly built in 2006 with great attention to detail, in an Istrian country house style, and was completely renovated in 2013. It is fitted with all the latest amenities, including CCTV and an alarm system for your security. The two-storey luxury villa provides a total of 450m² of living space, comprising a living and dining room flooded with daylight, a separate entertainment and home cinema room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with four very modern en-suite bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a wellness room. The solid wood flooring on the ground floor enhances the classy country house atmosphere in the living room, which provides a three-seater sofa, wide armchairs, a stylish glass coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, with cable channels, a DVD and CD player and a stereo system. The open fireplace built into the wall provides a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Next to it there is a dining table made of solid mahogany, which the owner had custom-made in Italy, with ten matching chairs, inviting you to enjoy meals together. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the open kitchen, with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with a stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The room next to the kitchen has an additional fridge and a washing machine with a dryer function. The ground floor also has three of the four bedrooms. One has two single beds measuring 100 x 200cm, while the other two have double beds measuring 180 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a big, round bath with a shower attachment, while two have generous shower cubicles with massage jets. All the bathrooms have a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Next door in the wellness room you are spoilt for choice: you can relax in the infrared cabin, or perhaps you prefer the traditional Finnish sauna. The separate guest toilet on the ground floor is convenient. Wide stone stairs lead upstairs, where you can find the parents’ bedroom (double bed 180 x 200cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, with direct access to a sunny balcony with an extensive view over the mountains. The TV room on the upper floor invites you to enjoy leisurely home cinema evenings, with its plasma screen TV with a surround-sound loudspeaker system. Plenty of firewood is provided for the open fireplace. There is free and reliable wireless Internet access in your holiday villa. Wide glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the 3000m² enclosed plot of land, planted with lavender and olive trees, and a private pool (6 x 12m) with an outdoor shower, surrounded by comfortable, wooden sun loungers. The pool has filtered seawater, so there is no aggressive chlorine treatment of the water. The roofed terrace area next to the pool benefits from a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a traditional Istrian stone grill and a ceramic hob, electric oven and big sink. At night you can enjoy leisurely meals under a starry sky next to the illuminated pool. A car is recommended during your stay and there are three secure parking spaces right in front of the villa behind the electronic entrance gate. Your luxury holiday villa is about 10km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. It is about 800 metres to the centre of the locality, with shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants.
