If you love history, tradition and antiquity visit the church of St. George from 15th century, the shrine of the ancient God Mitra or 5000 years old Đurović cave. Once you've experienced the ultimate aesthetic pleasure wine lovers have the opportunity to treat their taste buds to traditional premium wines of the region, since the cave offers the possibility of wine teasting and purchase. If you're more athletic type and you love recreation you will have the opportunity to walk well-marked trails through the woods and unspoiled nature of Konavle region. Only 50 meters from our villa you will find paths to Cavtat (1 hour walk) and Čilipi (1, 5 hours walking), where you can enjoy in Sunday folklore performances. If you would like to go to the sea just 30 minutes walk down the road and you will come to the local beach Zarubača where you can enjoy crystal clear water. However, if you just want to take a break from everyday stress, hustle and bustle of the city villa Sun offers the privacy of your own garden, which extends to 1500 m2 with an orchard where you can enjoy the flavors and aromas of freshly picked seasonal fruits.

This exceptional holiday villa enjoys an idyllic location in the midst of a hilly forest landscape a little outside of the peaceful little village of Močići in the sunny south of Croatia, offering romantic accommodation for a relaxing holiday with absolute privacy, far away from tourist noise.
The living space of 150m² is spread over two floors and comprises a spacious living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two daylight bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The ground floor has a generous 50m² air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room with a corner sofa suite made of leather and matching stools, a coffee table, a TV with cable and satellite channels, a kitchen with a ceramic hob with an elegant extractor fan made of stainless steel, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The three bedrooms each have a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The second, separate bathroom, shared by the other two bedrooms, is fitted the same as the en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided on request and plenty of bed linen and hand towels are provided. You can use the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa free of charge. The bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a big sunny balcony furnished with a table, chairs and loungers, affording an extensive panoramic view over the natural landscape. The living room on the ground floor opens directly onto a private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The traditional stone grill on the roofed terrace next to it, with an outdoor kitchen, invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors and under a starry sky. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can turn night into day here, on the 1500m² garden site with a forest behind it. A car is recommended during your stay and there are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

:Your holiday villa is about 3km from the nearest beach (Zarubaca beach) with crystal clear water, a 30-minute walk away. Those who enjoy history, traditions and antiquity should definitely visit the nearby little town of Močići with its St. George Church from the 15th century, the shrine of the ancient God Mitra, and the 5000-year-old Durovic cave. If you prefer sports activities, then 50 metres from the villa there is a hiking trail to Cavtat (an hour’s walk) and Cilipi (1.5 hours). Despite the exceptional, secluded location, the little village of Cilipi about 500 metres away provides the nearest shopping facilities. It is about 3km to the little harbour town of Cavtat with its range of shops, colourful markets and gastronomy. The interesting Adriatic metropolis of Dubrovnik is about 16km away.
