Frontline villa, with stunning sea views and sunsets, furnished and equipped to meet the needs of our clients, with a 20m private swimming pool, poolside shower & WC with barbecue.
The unobstructed views from here are absolutely stunning over the Trodus mountain range to one side and the Mediterranean the other side, sunsets are truly fabulous and sitting in one of the three terraces at night star watching is a must! This villa has a flat easy accessible location with the local beach a short drive, this beach has now recently been updated with a huge restaurant practically in the sea, changing cabins and showers.

The huge local supermarket is just a few mins away and has a takeaway section but all the al la Carte local restaurants will deliver food to your door, the prices and quality of food is excellent. Golf equipment and two mountain bikes available locally.
Our large flat-screen TV with satellite and internet connection plus DVD player caters to all needs.
The villa has a marble staircase and ceramic flooring throughout, inside and out!.
Entrance via a hallway open plan lounge with a fireplace, patio doors to the superb front terrace and spectacular uninterrupted views.

Open plan dining area to the kitchen which is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, full-size cooker and hob, cappuccino machine, dishwasher, drinks dispenser, plus lots of kitchen equipment, the dining room has a huge dining table and six chairs with large patio door leading to the Side terrace overlooking the pool and stunning sea views.
One double bedroom and 2 Twin bedrooms, all with large built-in wardrobes with hanging rails, shelves, and drawers. All bedrooms have an en-suite and terraces with fantastic sea views and sunsets.
Cloakroom on the ground floor. Family bathroom on the first floor.
The sunsets are magnificent and occasionally you can see the dolphins swimming by!
Outside we have our own private swimming pool, lots of pool toys and six sunbeds. There is also an outside shower and barbecue. A patio table and six chairs are available to sit comfortably for al fresco meals and to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the beautiful lights of Kyrenia Habour and St. Hilarion crusader castle in the distance.
Wonderful holiday for beach lovers, walkers and those interested in history.
