The area: Karrebæksminde and Enø are rightly known for being one of the most exquisite holiday resorts on Zealand, because it has so much more to offer. It is an active place for both children and adults, where an indescribably uplifting atmosphere is added to the environment, which is surrounded by the best beaches, a protected grassland and nature reserve, a beautiful fjord which is the water connection to Næstved, forest and Basque slopes, as well as an active and idyllic port with drawbridge. Within 15 km there is also a wide range of attractions - i.a. Gavnø and Holsteinsborg Castle, Herlufholm Boarding School, Næstved's historic town centre, Susåen, 2 golf courses and Bonbon land. The location: The property is located on one of Enø's old and highly sought-after beach plots - an idyllic and enriching place where there is a free choice between relaxation, activities or experiences for everyone, regardless of the age group you are in. The property is in 2 rows facing the sea (southwest) and thus sheltered from the wind. There is a limited sea view from the house. To the north/east and the fjord, you have a clear and beautiful view in addition to the natural meadow (mosquitoes are a rare nuisance) and thus no habitation. On the exercise side, there are particularly good conditions for walking and running, cycling and all types of water and sailing sports on either the rolling sea or the quiet fjord. The area also offers a brand new multi-sports facility, sports hall, church, 2 supermarkets. Boat space can be rented 200 meters from the property in one of the 2 marinas. There is a half-hour service on the bus connection to Næstved which takes 10 minutes and if you have a little more time, the tour boat "Friheden" is highly recommended or a nice 10 km bike ride along the fjord.

Children's room with sofa bed / double bed 190x200 cm and desk. Bedroom with double bed, 2 wardrobes and stairs to loft. Loft with 2 folding mattresses / sleeping places. The ceiling height is limited in the loft - maximum 150 cm. Toilet / bathroom with tiled floor (underfloor heating), shower cubicle, window and towel rails. On the plot there is also an annex with a double bed of 140x180. All places can be used by both children and adults, however with the restriction of 180 cm in the annex. Small installation room with washing machine.
