This exceptional holiday villa is located right in the heart of Istria, surrounded by oak forests and meadows, isolated from traffic noise and chaos. It lays on a hill, offering a fairy tale view of the surrounding hills and a historical Glagolitic Alley beneath it (right next to the property entrance).
The Robinson villa offers a large open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a top modern bathroom.
It produces fully its electrical energy from the sun. Therefore the strength of the consuming power is limited to 1.5 kW which is enough for the fridge, TV, internet and lights. Please, use only the hair dryer which you can find in the bathroom. Warm water is heated by a gas boiler so you will have it as much as you like.
You will have available a private parking park.
If you decide to spend some peaceful and relaxing time just with your family, the 10.000 m2 garden will give you all the peace and privacy that you were looking for. You can enjoy the evening by having a family barbecue time on a spacious covered terrace with a wooden table and benches, waiting for the sunset, the stars slowly appearing on the sky, and if you are a bit lucky and silent – see the roe deer’s nearby eating the grass.
If you like to spend actively your leisure time, you can enjoy biking, hiking, paragliding, hang gliding, rock climbing in near vicinity. For all animal lovers, on 3 minutes’ walk, there is the riding club Horse Valley. The Robinson Villa Latini location will give you an opportunity to have most important central-istrian places on the palm of your hand: Hum, the smallest town in the world (2.5 km); the village Kotli, with its beautiful waterfalls and mills (2 km); and Roc (2.5 km).
Within short distance by car, various historically important and beautiful cities can be found and explored: the city of truffles Buzet, Motovun, Draguc, Groznjan, Oprtalj and the castle Pietrapelosa; while for those whom like to swim, enjoy the clean Adriatic sea and sunbath, there are beautiful beaches in Opatija, which can be reached in 35 minutes by car. We would strongly suggest that you taste local traditional specialties which you can find in several nearby well-known taverns. The supermarket is 2,5 km away.
