This beautiful house, close to Sa Pobla, offers a big terrace with grass and a private pool. When you enter the light-flooded house, you will find yourself directly in the beautiful entrance, the living area is on the ground floor and has two double sofas with a chimney and a flat screen. In the same room and yet separated is the dining area. The well equipped kitchen can be found next door. From the entrance stairs lead onto the first floor. In total the house has five bedrooms, three with double beds and two with two single beds, and four bathrooms two of them are en suite, the house also offers a Jacuzzi. All rooms have air-conditioning.
Situation
The house is situated in the outskirts on Sa Pobla in a quiet area. Apart from the attractions Mallorca offers, in Sa Pobla you can visit the parish church from the 17th century, Museu d’Art Contemporani (museum for contemporary art), Santa Margalida de Crestatx. The tennis and horse riding club “Sebastain Bennasar Socias” can be found in Sa Pobla and the golf course “Alcanada” is located in Pollenca, in a small town next to Sa Pobla. The weekly market is held every Sunday at the Plaza Major from 9-14 o’clock. Sa Pobla is located about 50 Kilometres away from Palma de Mallorca airport.
Exterior The house is surrounded by a garden of 900m2. The private pool with sun beds is surrounded by grass, which makes it the ideal place to relax. A barbecue and a shower outside are also provided. A well-maintained path leads you from the gate to the private parking lot directly at the house. Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). A first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge. Please bear in mind that beach towels are not provided. We ask you to bring your own. We also ask our clients to please not use the towels provided in the villas as beach or pool towels.
