Our house, built in 2018, is located in a sunny location with an unobstructed view of the mountains and offers you modern and high-quality equipment. The many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors give you plenty of light and sunshine with views as far as the Lienz Dolomites, the Sextener Dolomites and the Carnic Ridge. The house has two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with island, a large dining table with bench and chairs, a comfortable couch with TV (65 inches), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The large terrace is equipped with seating where you can enjoy your meals al fresco and also have an electric Weber grill. A garden with a lawn and shrubs, where sun loungers are located, awaits you after a beautiful mountain hike. You can also relax in the 36-degree hot jacuzzi on the terrace, which is only for you for sole use. Our house is an insider tip for the discerning, who do not want to miss anything on vacation. The noble interior and the fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking utensils make amateur cooks great meals. The magnificent view of the Dolomites is always there. Our house has a private, wide access road with 2 parking spaces, including a garage space. In winter, you will find many ski lifts, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs. In summer countless hiking possibilities, gondolas and chairlifts in every direction. Due to many own hikes, I am pleased to draw your attention to this beautiful mountain world. Especially here in East Tyrol there are many areas that have remained natural and untouched. East Tyrol is through and through - so to speak, from the summit of the Grossglockner to the bottom in the Drautal - a mountainous country. Maybe even the most beautiful in Austria.
