The village is located about 2 km from the municipal seat Svetvinčenat / Savičenta and can be reached on foot or by bike. Svetvinčenat is known for its large castle in the center of town, where various events / festivals / concerts / readings take place during the summer. This family-suitable house, on two floors, is located on a plot of 230 square meters and is surrounded by a stone wall. In the courtyard there is space for a car that can be parked directly in front of the house but. A second car is not a problem. Available is a barbecue, an external shower and four sun loungers around the newly built, 140 cm deep and 20 m² pool. It can also be eaten outside. The house is practically and comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary accessories. Half of the living area is located in the old stone house, half of the new building. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large and bright living room, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms each with a double bed (extra beds and child's bed) and a bathroom with shower.
