The small village of Albisano, part of the Municipality of Torri del Benaco, is a real terrace 300 meters high above Lake Garda. From here the blue waters of the largest lake in Italy can be seen. From a privileged position, in a quiet area, surrounded by a verdant garden and olive trees, Villa Belvedere enjoys the best view: a short walk from the village, where there is a supermarket, some small shops, restaurants and pizzerias, is also close to tennis courts.
In the garden, through a gate to the side of the villa, there is access to a driveway leading to a carport and two other parking spaces (one car the other, in a row). Laundry and washing machine are externally accessible, at garden level.
The garden leads to an equipped terrace (awning, table and chairs) and to the entrance, by 10 steps: on the left the living area, on the right the sleeping area. The large living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, is divided from the dining room-kitchen (4 burners, oven, fridge, microwave) by a beautiful double-sided fireplace: also from this area you can access the entrance terrace (m. 4 x 2.20), while the living room leads to the large terrace of m. 11 x 2.20, equipped with an awning and deck-chairs. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with access to the terrace overlooking the lake, a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the garden and a bathroom with tub-shower. From this floor, access to a lower level is through an internal staircase of 16 steps, where there is a small kitchen (two burners, fridge and freezer), large bathroom with shower, double bedroom and access to a large terrace with wonderful lake view (about 9 x 5 meters) and to the garden that descends from the front of the house.
